Performance July 13/14, Buy Tickets, Click Here

The Hot Springs Village Concerts Association and the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association (POA) is bringing Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT), the nation’s largest touring children’s theatre, to Hot Springs Village for a week-long theatre workshop.  The MCT tour directors will arrive in HSV on July 9, 2018 with a set, lights, costumes, props, and make-up – everything needed to put on a play…except the cast.

The directors will hold an open audition on July 9th at Woodlands Auditorium and will cast 50 – 60 students to perform in the production of The Princess and the Pea.  Students entering 1st through 12th grade are eligible to participate in this free-of-charge week of fun.  No previous experience or preparation is required.  Although there is no guarantee that everyone who auditions will be cast in the show, students wishing to audition for the production must arrive at the HSV Woodlands auditorium no later than 9:30 and stay for the entire two-hour session from 10:00 to 12:00.  In order to participate, parents/guardians will need to complete the registration packet for each student auditioning. Parents/guardians will also need to be present during auditions.  Those students who are cast will begin rehearsals at 12:15, which will last until 2:15.  Please bring a snack lunch.

All students, whether or not they are cast in the show, are invited to attend additional workshops free of charge provided by the Missoula Children’s Theatre directors on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons immediately following rehearsals.

For more information, call 501-922-4231.  Download and complete relevant forms for your child to join this free theater workshop.
Please bring these signed forms to audition.
